Payment and Ordering Information
A bit of information about the payment methods we accept.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for your convenience. To protect us from fraud, our payment processing service requires that your card issuer to participate in the Global Address Verification System. Nearly all US-based credit cards work with this program which verifies that the address used on the order matches the address to where the credit card is registered (which is typically the address where billing statements are mailed). Contact your card issuer to find out if your card works with the global AVS.

We promise to protect your personal information. Every page on our site protects your personal information through a secure server with a 256-bit SSL certificate. Our secure server protects your information using advanced encryption technology throughout the browsing and ordering process. Your internet browser will show a lock icon in the status bar on secure pages.

PayPal payments are accepted and are subject to our terms and conditions. Our PayPal fees associated with your order are non-refundable.

Cash, checks, money orders, and purchase orders are not accepted.

Invoices
A paper copy of the invoice for each order is included in the shipping box, and a copy of the invoice is sent to each customer by email. Additionally, a "print invoice" option is shown at the end of the checkout process.

Phone Sales and Customer Support
We are unable to accept phone orders or offer customer support by phone. We know this can be frustrating and we apologize for any trouble this may cause. Please see this page for more information about our phone policy.

Sales Tax
A 2018 Supreme Court ruling now allows certain states to require us to collect sales tax on your order. Please see this page for more information.

Canceled Orders, Refused Orders, and Non-Deliverable Addresses
Orders cancelled by the customer are subject to a $4.95 fee to cover our costs/fees associated with the order cancellation and refund process. Orders that are refused upon delivery and returned to us will be subject to a $19.95 restocking fee.

Packages returned to us because of a non-deliverable address can be re-shipped to an alternate address at the customer's expense. To avoid this, please be certain that your shipping address is deliverable by USPS and FedEx. If customer chooses to cancel the order, a refund of the item costs will be made (less any applicable restocking fees). The shipping and handling charges for that order will not be refunded.

Any refunds for orders paid with PayPal will have our non-refundable PayPal fees deducted from any refund amount.

Military, Senior Citizen, Student, Trade, Club, and Professional Discounts
It is our opinion that woodworkers are often forced to pay exceptionally high markups on tools, accessories and lumber. I'm a woodworker too and I've stopped buying new tools and workshop gizmos because I find the items at most retail woodworking stores and catalogs offensively over-priced. I believe woodworkers are under-appreciated and over-charged. Because I this, my website already offers the best price that I can to every one of our customers regardless of whether they are a senior citizen, student, club member, tradesman, professional, active or retired military.

However, our server monitors and records other transaction information allowing us to track fraudulent users world-wide.

We use an advanced address verification system and we do not process any order that fails to meet the full verification requirements. We also use a service designed to scan and detect malware on our server and website. This service is utililized on a regular basis for the detection of security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible. Please note that orders over $500 are subject to phone verification. We may opt to call you or ask you to call us to confirm your purchase.
