Order Cancellations and Changes
Important information about order changes, cancellations, and shipping issues.

Order Changes
No one is perfect, right? We understand and we will work with you to make changes to your existing order when possible. However, it is important to note that we often pack and ship boxes shortly after receiving your order. And since we don't have access to email when we are in the warehouse packing orders, we will typically not see an email request for changes until after the order has packed and been shipped.

If we receive your request to add, remove, or change the quantity of an item in your order before it has been packed, we will try our best to make any order modifications. This is often not possible for a variety of reasons, but if we can modify your order, please note that we charge $4.95 to cover the time and expense of making the change, manually charging your payment card, and filing the additional sales tax with your state (where applicable). You must let us know if you require an updated copy of your invoice as we will not provide one without your request.

If you opted to pay for your order with PayPal and the changes to your order that result in a refund due, our non-refundable PayPal fees will be deducted from your refund amount.

Multi-Order Combinations
We often print order packing slips and start the packing process within minutes of receiving it. Because of this, we are usually not able to combine separate orders into a single box/shipment. In the rare event that we are able to find a way to combine two shipments, please note that we deduct $4.95 from the shipping refund to cover the time and expense of making the change and issuing the refund.

Canceled Orders
Any order cancelled by the customer before we have packed it is subject to a $4.95 fee to cover our time in processing the cancellation. In addition, refunds for orders paid with PayPal will have our non-refundable PayPal fees deducted from the refund amount.

Refused Orders
Orders that are refused upon delivery and returned to us by the carrier will be refunded minus a 20% restock fee. We will also deduct the outbound and return shipping cost from the refund amount.

Non-Deliverable Addresses
Packages returned to us because of a non-deliverable address can be re-shipped to an alternate address at the customer's expense. To avoid this, please be certain that your shipping address is deliverable by USPS, UPS, and FedEx. If customer chooses to cancel the order, a refund of the item costs will be made (less any applicable restocking fees). The shipping and handling charges for that order will not be refunded.
