Package Forwarding for International Orders
No exceptions will be made to this policy.

We can not ship any of our products to a package forwarding company or any other business that provides a service of reshipping a package to an address different from what is on the original shipping label. 

Certain package forwarding companies are associated with online fraud, and few provide an appropriate level of customer service in the event of a problem. Additionally, there are several products and many species of veneer on our website which can not be lawfully shipped across certain borders.

Please do not ask us to make exceptions to this policy. We are required to cancel any order that is addressed to a package forwarding service provider. See our International Orders FAQ page for more information.

Your order may be shipped to a package holding company, provided that you pick it up at the company's address.
