Shipment Concerns
We're here to help if your shipment was damaged or if something is missing from your order.

Damaged Shipments
If you receive a damaged shipment, please do not contact the shipping carrier. Please notify us via email within 3 days of receipt of your order. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Do not use or discard any damaged items or boxes. Damaged items which are used or discarded can not be submitted for a damage claim and you will lose your opportunity for a refund or replacement.

We require pictures of any damaged items and of the shipping box so that we can file a claim with the carrier. No refunds will be given without adequate proof of damage with pictures sent to us by email. If you are unable to communicate with us by email or unwilling to send pictures by email, we respectfully ask that you do not order from us.

Missing Items
If an item is missing from your order, you must notify us by email within 3 days of receipt of your package. We will work quickly to resolve any mistake we may have made. We have an HD surveillance camera over our packing table and this is often helpful in determining where the missing item may have been placed inside your box.
