We Only Ship to the US and Canada
All prices shown on our website are in US dollars.

Shipping Options
We offer international shipping by USPS and FedEx. To determine the estimated shipping cost for your order, click the 'Add to Cart' button on the product page for the item you wish to order. You'll find a shipping calculator link on the shopping cart page that will allow you to choose any of the available shipping options and see the estimated cost of shipping. Please note the shipping charge does not include taxes, duties, brokerage fees, or other inbound service costs.

Import and Customs Fees
The package recipient is responsible for payment of all inbound shipping charges such as customs, duties, brokerage fees, and any other applicable fees/surcharges. Upon delivery, the shipping carrier will contact you for payment of these fees and surcharges. FedEx shipments also incur a brokerage fee, which can be expensive.

You may be required to fill out forms provided by the shipping carrier, CBSA, or other agents to clear your shipment through customs, and to make payment for any applicable fees. You must submit these forms to the requesting party, and make a payment in a timely manner. Failure to do so may result in your package(s) being returned to us.

If we are invoiced for your importation fees as a result of your failure to remit payment, you permit us to charge your original payment method for the amount of such invoice plus a 3.75% surcharge.

In the event that your order is returned to us by the carrier due to your delay, failure, inability, or declining to pay all inbound fees, you authorize us to cancel and refund your order minus the original outbound and return shipping costs and any applicable restocking charges as indicated on the return policy page on our website.

CARM Account Required for Business Recipients
All orders being shipped to a business in Canada require an active CBSA Assessment and Revenue Management account. CARM is the official digital portal for the Canada Border Services Agency used to collect duties and taxes on goods imported to a business in Canada.

Please note that a CARM account will also be required if the package is to be delivered to a residential address and there is a business name on the shipping label.

Your package(s) may be returned to us if you delay, decline, or fail to pay all importation fees in a timely manner, or if there is a delay by CBSA in activating your account that exceeds the amount of time that the shipping carrier is able to hold your shipment. If this occurs, you authorize us to cancel and refund your order minus the original outbound and return shipping costs and any applicable restocking charges as indicated on our return policy page. We shall not be responsible for any expense or loss you suffer due to a failure by the CARM system. 

Our Process
We will contact you with an agreement document to complete, sign, and date. Within that form, you will select whether your order contents are for personal or business use, and whether you have an existing CARM account. We can not ship your order until you email us a scan or picture of the completed form.

Package Forwarding Services and Exportation Information
We will not ship any of our products to a parcel forwarding service. However, your order may be shipped to a parcel holding company, provided that you pick it up at the company's address. Our products may not be diverted or otherwise shipped to another destination that does not fully comply with US laws and the laws of any other applicable jurisdiction.

  • We do not provide information for NAFTA/USMCA or other exportation documents. Click here for more information.
  • We can not offer assistance with having your fees processed through a third party service provider.
  • Please note that claims for lost USPS packages cannot be filed until 45 days after the shipment has been sent.
  • Orders cannot be shipped to a guest staying at a hotel or similar location.

Order Cancellation and Refund Information
Refunds and cancellations are processed in US dollars. The refund will be processed at the current exchange rate, which will be calculated at the time of processing by your card issuer. We are not responsible for fluctuations in exchange rates or any loss caused by these changes.

For international orders where PayPal is used to pay for the order, it is important to note that the PayPal processing fees we incur from your payment are not refunded to us by PayPal and thus are deducted from your refund amount. These fees, which we can not reclaim, are considered fully earned by PayPal when the payment transaction takes place.

International Orders Warranty Replacement Policy
In the event that a product from VeneerSupplies.com fails to perform during its warranty period, a replacement will be sent promptly. However, the original part must be returned pre-paid. Due to the nature of international orders and the associated shipping costs, we do not provide free shipping of replacement parts.
