We offer international shipping by USPS and FedEx.
Determining Your Estimated Shipping Charge
To determine the estimated shipping cost for your order, click the 'Add to Cart' button on the product page for the item you wish to order. You'll find a shipping calculator link on the shopping cart page that will allow you to choose any of the available shipping options and see the estimated cost of shipping. Please note the shipping charge does not include taxes, duties, brokerage fees, or other inbound service costs.
It is very likely that the shipping charge for your order could exceed the cost of the items you are ordering. It is important to understand that the shipping carriers do not base their rates upon the value of the item being shipped. The shipping charge is based on box size, weight, and destination.
Package Forwarding Services and Exportation Information
We will not ship any of our products to a package forwarding service. Please see this page for details. Our products may not be diverted or otherwise shipped to another destination that does not fully comply with US laws and the laws of any other applicable jurisdiction.
Your order may be shipped to a package holding company, provided that you pick it up at the company's address.
Import and Customs Fees
The recipient is responsible for payment of all inbound shipping charges such as customs fees, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. Upon delivery, the shipping carrier will send you information for payment of customs, duties, and applicable taxes. FedEx shipments also incur a brokerage fee, which can be expensive.
As the receiver of products from our website, you may be required to fill out forms provided by the carriers to clear customs. The carriers may contact you with these required forms. You will need to complete and submit the documents in a timely manner. Failure to do so may result in the packages being returned to us. If that occurs, you will be responsible for any re-shipping charges, or if you opt to cancel your order, then the shipping charges will not be refunded.
If you decline, or in any other way fail to pay all inbound and importation fees charged by or collected by the shipping carrier, you agree to allow us to charge your payment method for these fees plus a 3.5% surcharge. In the event that your order is returned to us by the carrier due to your failure, inability, or declining to pay all inbound fees charged or collected for customs charges, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other importation fees, we will refund your order minus the outbound and return shipping costs and any applicable restocking charges as indicated on our return policy page.
CARM Account Required for Commercial Orders
Orders billed to a business in Canada require an active CBSA Assessment and Revenue Management account. CARM is the official digital portal for the Canada Border Services Agency used to collect duties and taxes on commercial goods imported into Canada.
Please do not order on our website until your business has a working CARM account. If your order from us is billed to a business and you do not have an active CARM account, then your shipment may be returned to us. If that occurs, we will not refund our outbound and return shipping costs which can be significant.

Order Cancellation and Refund Information
Refunds and cancellations are processed in US dollars, which is the currency for all of our transactions. The refund will be processed at the current exchange rate, which will be calculated at the time of processing by your card issuer. We are not responsible for fluctuations in exchange rates or any loss caused by these changes.
For international orders where PayPal is used to pay for the order, it is important to note that the PayPal processing fees we incur from your payment are not refunded to us by PayPal and thus are deducted from your refund amount. These fees, which we can not reclaim, are considered fully earned by PayPal when the payment transaction takes place.
International Orders Warranty Replacement Policy
In the event that a product from VeneerSupplies.com fails to perform during its warranty period, a replacement will be sent promptly. However, the original part must be returned pre-paid. Due to the nature of international orders and the associated shipping costs, we do not provide free shipping of replacement parts.
