Credit card fraud is a felony and we will aggressively prosecute anyone attempting to misuse credit card privileges. All payment transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers. However, our server monitors and records other transaction information allowing us to track fraudulent users world-wide.

Additionally, we use a service that scans for and detects malware on our server. This service is utililized on a regular basis for the detection of security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible.

Personal Information Retention
We will not retain personally identifying data longer than is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required for our business, or as required for your benefit, or as required by applicable laws or regulations. We, along with third-party vendors use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookies) or other third-party identifiers together to compile data regarding user interactions within our website. Messages Sent to Us by Email
We may post on our website or other public forum the nonpersonally identifying content of any message you send us. California Online Privacy Protection Act
Though our company is located in Maryland, we agree to the CalOPPA which is a law to require commercial websites to post a privacy policy. The law's reach stretches well beyond California to require any person or company in the United States (and conceivably the world) that operates websites collecting personally identifiable information from California consumers to post a conspicuous privacy policy on its website stating exactly the information being collected and those individuals or companies with whom it is being shared. Our compliance with CalOPPA includes the following:

  • Users can visit our site anonymously.
  • We have added a link to this privacy policy on our home page.
  • Our Privacy Policy link includes the word 'Privacy' and can easily be found on the page specified above.
  • You can change the personal information that we store, use, and process by emailing us or by logging in to your account to make any changes.

Fair Information Practices and CAN-SPAM Act and General Data Protection Regulation
In order to comply with Fair Information Practices, should a data breach occur within our system, we will notify you via email within a reasonable number of days by email and/or letter. The CAN-SPAM Act is a law that sets the rules for commercial email, establishes requirements for commercial messages, gives recipients the right to have emails stopped from being sent to them, and spells out penalties for violations. In accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act, we:

  • will not use false or misleading subjects or email addresses,
  • identify the message as an advertisement in some reasonable way,
  • include the physical address of our business,

We process personal data both as a Processor and as a Controller, as defined in General Data Protection Regulation. Data collected by us will be stored in secure hosting facilities. All hosting is performed in accordance with the highest security regulations.
