If you use your vacuum press for vacuum clamping, this fitting will allow you to directly attach the old-style lock-on connector to the vacuum clamping jig.

NPT Thread Size: 1/4" NPT
Connector Size: Schrader (.305" OD and 32 tpi)

I bought this to use vacuum at my lathe. I have the vacuum bag and vacuum pump purchased from Veneer Supplies. This fitting goes in the rotary adapter. Now I can move the vacuum pump to either setup. Works perfectly.
