Please note that we can not apply a sales tax certificate to an order that has already been submitted.

To apply for a sales tax exemption for your company, you must first have a customer account on our website. Click here to create an account if you do not already have one. Then use the form below to send us your request for sales tax exemption information.

Be sure to attach a copy of the completed sales tax exemption form provided by your state.

The sales tax exemption form must be fully completed and include the name of your business. We can not fill in any details on this form on your behalf. The form must also be signed, dated appropriately, and include our business name as well as our address as shown below.

• Allow two business days for us to update your customer account with this information. We will reply by email when your sales tax exemption form has been processed and your account has been updated. Do not place an order until we have contacted you with confirmation regarding the finalization of your account update
   
  
• We can not apply an exemption certificate and refund the sales tax for an order that has already been submitted. No exceptions can or will be made to this policy.
