Any product displaying the "Quick Ship" icon or text is one that we ship within 1 business day. You'll find this icon on more than 90% of our products! In most cases, if you place an order before 1pm EST (Monday - Friday) the Quick Ship items will go out on the same day. This offer does not apply to orders that contain both Quick Ship and non-Quick Ship items.

Shipping Charges
Products from VeneerSupplies.com are shipped using a variety of carriers including UPS, USPS, and Fedex. Our website synchonizes with the rate servers for these shippers and displays the most affordable method (actual cost) of getting your order safely delivered. Shipping charges are based on weight and destination as shipped from Forest Hill, Maryland. The shipping charge will be displayed on the second page of the check-out process (before any payment information is needed). Regardless of the carrier, we always insure each package for its full replacement value.

We will make every attempt to ship your package in the most cost effective manner. A refund will be made if the actual shipping charges are significantly less than the amount calculated by the website software.

Alaska and Hawaii
The website checkout software will display the UPS rate for shipping to these two states. We have found that the UPS rates are often higher than the rates offered by the post office. Therefore, we ship most small orders going to Hawaii and Alaska via USPS Priority Mail and then refund the difference back to you.

Express Shipments
We regret that expedited shipping is not available. This is caused by the myriad of box sizes we use to ship orders. In many cases, an order is calculated by the website as containing one box but may in fact contain two or more. Because of these irregularities, expedited shipping costs are always considerably more expensive.
