Product Description

This vacuum clamping jig consists of two pieces of HDPE measuring 3/4" x 6" x 12" (approximately). HDPE is the ideal vacuum clamping material because it's flat, smooth, non-porous and machinable.

Kit Includes

  • 2 Vacuum clamping jigs (pre-threaded and pre-drilled)
  • 2 Brass barb fittings for 1/4" ID tube (1/8" NPT male threads)
  • 12' of Vacuum jig tube
  • 12" of Black Hi-Flex tubing
  • 1 Brass barbed tee
  • 1 Brass barb union or 1 brass tube adapter (select above)
  • 41' vacuum clamping tape

Select the appropriate end fitting based on your vacuum press.

  • If you have the pnuematic foot pedal assembly for the V2 or EVS vacuum press systems, select the "barb union" option above.
  • If you have either of the Excel systems, select the "tube adaptor" option above.
