These 1/4" NPT to 1/4" barb fittings are used on the vacuum press in several areas. Since I found a good deal on them, I thought it would be appropriate to offer them on the site for less than what most hardware stores charge for them.

    I'm just writing to let everyone know that this fitting is better than the ones at Home Depot. These are longer and more polished. They are also less expensive so get more than you need because you may find many uses for them with the vacuum system.
