Each and every product sold by JWW Services Inc., DBA VeneerSupplies.com, may contain chemicals known to the state of California to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. Our brass fittings and other products may contain lead and are not for use with potable water. As with any product of this nature, we recommend washing your hands after contact with brass, adhesives, etc. JWW Services Inc., DBA VeneerSupplies.com provides this warning based on its knowledge concerning the possible presence of one or more such chemicals, without attempting to evaluate the level of exposure.

Address Correction Fees

Our primary shipping carrier (UPS) charges an $11 address correction fee for shipments in which the customer has entered an invalid or incomplete shipping address. We will contact you if UPS correctly identifies and adjusts an error or ommision in your shipment information. If the correction is deemed valid, this fee will be charged to you. We strongly encourage each customer to verify the shipping address information on their order to avoid this penalty charge.

The systems, tools, veneer, adhesives, dyes, and miscellaneous parts (herein "Supplies") sold by VeneerSupplies.com (herein "Supplier") are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of ninety days from the date of delivery of Supplies. For a period of ninety days from said date of delivery, Supplier will repair or replace any part of the Supplies that fails to conform to this warranty. This warranty made in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and/or fitness for a particular purpose, which Supplier hereby disclaims. The Supplier shall not be responsible to perform repair or replacement under this warranty unless the Customer notifies the Supplier in writing of warranty claim within ninety days of the date of delivery of Supplies. No warranty of any kind is made, or shall be imposed, with respect to Supplies which in the judgment of the Supplier has been (1) subject to misuse, negligence, or accident; or (2) altered or repaired by anyone other than Supplier, or its authorized representative.

In no event shall Supplier be responsible for any costs for repairs or replacements not authorized by Supplier, or for incidental damages, consequential damages, or loss of use for any reason including, but not limited to, economic losses or other business expenses or costs resulting from a warrantable failure. The parties agree that these terms satisfy the essential purpose of the warranty, and that this warranty shall not apply if Customer has failed to comply with any material term or condition under this Warranty.

The Customer's exclusive remedy pursuant to this Warranty is restricted to repair or replacement of Supplies in the event of a defect or warrantable failure in any part of the Supplies. In no event can the Customer or any beneficiary recover consequential damages, or economic loss from the Supplier. In some circumstances, the Supplier may opt to provide a refund in lieu of warrantable repair or replacement. It is the sole discretion of Supplier to offer this remedy. Said refund shall not exceed the purchase price of the Supplies. Supplier will not be liable for refunding shipping fees, handling fees, brokerage fees, or customs charges, or any other expense.

International Orders Warranty Replacement Policy
In the event that a product from VeneerSupplies.com fails to perform during its warranty period, a replacement will be sent promptly. However, the original part must be returned pre-paid. Due to the nature of international orders and the associated shipping costs, we do not provide free shipping of replacement parts.

Freight Forwarding & Transfer Company Shipments
We understand that some of our potential overseas customers may choose to ship their order via a freight forwarding company in the USA. If the tracking information indicates that your shipment arrived intact at its destination, the full liability for damaged, lost, or missing items is with the freight forwarding company. It is the buyer's responsibility to arrange reimbursement from the freight forwarding company for these issues.

Veneer Identification and Waiver of Liability Regarding Handling of Wood Veneer

In no event shall Supplier be responsible or liable for mis-identifying a veneer species offered on this website. Supplier makes reasonable attempt to accurately identify the veneers offered and shall assume sole discretion of remedy which may or may not include permitting a return of the product and refund.

Raw wood products can be dangerous. Because of the unlimited array physical reactions, Supplier shall not be held responsible for injury, harm, illness, allergic reaction, sickness, death, or other ontoward occurence which can occur by breathing, handling, or other contact with any product offered on this website.

Sales, Special Offers, and Non-Profit Shipping

The products on our website are subject to sales and special offers which can change at anytime. Our website specials newsletter is usually sent during the 3rd week of every month. It is often beneficial to postpone your order until you receive our newsletter (if you have subscribed). The prices we offer during these special events are valid on orders placed via our website only.

We regret that the specials we offer on the website can not be posted sooner. This is the nature of offering products on sale. Many times this is the result of “spur of the moment” ideas or vendor overstocks in which we participate to assist with inventory issues. We can not assume liability for any loss or inconvenience caused by changes in pricing of our products or shipping fees. Our sales and special offers are not retro or proactive. They are valid within the specified time frame only without exception.

We are a non-profit shipping company. We do not use shipping charges as a means of generating revenue. This is not based on a per-order amount but instead based on a quarterly calculation of the sum of all shipping costs. Our website calculates the most affordable shipping rate and combines this charge with a very modest fee for the box and packing material.
