Shipping Costs
To determine the shipping cost for your order, simply click the 'Add to Cart' button on the product page for the item you wish to order. You'll find a shipping calculator link on the shopping cart page that will allow you to choose any of the available shipping options and see the cost of shipping your order. Please note that the shipping charge does not include local or national taxes, duties, brokerage fees, or other inbound service costs.

Product Shipment Limitations and Notes

• Paperbacked and two-ply veneers shipping to Canada are shipped via USPS only.
• With the exception of Canada, we can not ship the following items internationally:
  • Paper Backed Veneer
  • 2-Ply Veneer
  • Copper Veneer
  • Heat Lock™, Tolex, TC-20™, and Titan DX™ Veneer Adhesives
• We can not ship any of our 4 foot wide or 6 foot wide vacuum bags to Australia or New Zealand because of post office box-size limitations. Contact us for other options.
• As with our domestic shipments, longer veneers are shipped rolled up.

International Orders Warranty Replacement Policy
In the event that a product from VeneerSupplies.com fails to perform during its warranty period, a replacement will be sent promptly. However, the original part must be returned pre-paid. Due to the nature of international orders and the associated shipping costs, we do not provide free shipping of replacement parts.

Freight Forwarding & Transfer Company Shipments
We understand that some of our potential overseas customers may choose to ship their order via a freight forwarding company in the USA. If the tracking information indicates that your shipment arrived intact at its destination, the full liability for damaged, lost, or missing items is with the freight forwarding company. It is the buyer's responsibility to arrange reimbursement from the freight forwarding company for these issues.

U.S. Territories and APO Addresses
VeneerSupplies.com will gladly ship to Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and all APO addresses through the US post office. You can place your order directly on our website.
