What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for your convenience and security. Please note that we do not accept money orders, checks, COD's, or purchase orders. Visit our payment information page for additional information.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged when you place the order. The entire transaction takes place on our secure server and to further protect your online security, we do not store your credit card information on our system.
Why do you need my billing address?
We require an accurate billing address for all orders. The billing address on your order must match the address on your credit card or Paypal account. We do allow you to select an alternative address for delivery of your order.
Do you charge sales tax?
Maryland residents are subject to a 6% sales tax. We do not charge sales tax for orders shipping outside of Maryland.
Can I change quantities or cancel an item?
As a security feature, the website software will not allow us to add or remove items from your order. If your order has not been packed up yet, we may be able to delete the existing order and then you can re-order everything you need. If your order has already been packed, you'll need to place another order on the website and we'll process it on the next business day.
Where can I find a copy of my receipt or invoice?
You can find a copy of your order by clicking the "My Account" link at the top of our website. You will need to log in to your account first. We also include a copy of your invoice in the box with your order (when applicable). Please note that orders which are placed using our Guest Checkout feature are can not be accessed on the "My Account" link.
Can I look at my VeneerSupplies.com order history online?
Yes. Click the "My Account" link at the top of our website to review your orders. You will need to log in to view your order history with us. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact us.
I forgot my password. How do I get a new one?
On the log in page of our site, you'll find a link which can send you a new password via email. If you do not receive a new password, be sure to check any folder you have in your email program for spam.
When will my order be shipped?
In-stock items generally ship within 1 business day. In many cases, in-stock items ship on the same day if ordered before 12 pm EST (Monday - Friday). Non-stocking items are shipped direct to you from the manufacturer. These non-stock items will show a "lead time" on the product page. This the approximate number of days it will take for the manufacterer to prepare your shipment.
How do I track my order?
If available, a tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. With the tracking number, you can find the shipping status of your package and estimated delivery date. Simply click on the tracking number link on your order history to see your shipment information.
