Website and Shipping Policy Changes While We Are Away
July 27th - August 5th
Last year, Christine and I skipped vacation and we've regreted it ever since. So this year, we are forcing ourselves to get out of the shop and take some time off. We're heading out of town on July 27th and we're back on August 5th.
We have a full time helper now (Mark) who will be shipping orders for us but to make his job managable during our break, we'll have to temporarily change two things about how orders are processed on our website. The following list is just temporary. We will return to normal business operations on August 6th.----

During our trip, the time it takes for me to reply to your message could be a bit longer than usual. I plan to set aside time each day to reply to messages. But, I am unsure of the stability of my Internet connection at our hotel. If all goes well, you'll hear from me within a day. If there are problems getting on the Internet, I promise to do my best to find an accessible connection and reply to you as quickly as possible. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
This is a well-deserved vacation for Christine but I'm really looking forward to it as well. It is because of our customers that we can even afford to take a vacation and for this, we thank you.
